The Pineapple and the Volcano

On Helen's second day, we brought her to see the houses for sale near Laguna Technopark. We took the longer route along Tagaytay-Santa Rosa road so that we can pass by Tagaytay ridge to let her see Taal Volcano and the pineapple plantations there.

In Santa Rosa, we checked the Italian inspired model house of Crown Asia's 10-hectare Valenza project. Next stop was the enormous 230-hectare Cathay Land project called South Forbes Golf City. Final stop was Don Bosco church to attend mass before going home.

  6. Hi! We were also in Tagytay last weekend. We like going there. The wind is breezy and air is always cool no matter what season of the year it is. :-)

Are you planning on buying some real estate properties there?

  7. Jenny, my wife's sister is looking for a sound investment. The properties in South Forbes are great. We love the themed mansions and the underground cables for electricity. The growth prospect of the community looks good. Still thinking.... hmmmm....

Westgove Heights got Sharon Cuneta, South Forbes got Angel Locsin. They bought properties there. Garry Valenciano goes biking near this vicinity also.

A lot of mansion buyers are doctors of the soon to be opened big hospital near Paseo de Santa Rosa.

Soth Forbes will have its own Rodeo Drive.

    Hmmm...

    Tempting...
